In short
By downloading and using Dayvelo you agree to these terms. The core features are free. Dayvelo Plus is an optional subscription with extra features; buying and cancelling happen through the App Store or Google Play.
The service
Dayvelo is a daily planner with a calendar, to-dos, reminders, habits, budget, debts, notes and focus mode. You may use it for your personal use. We may improve, change or remove the app and its features from time to time.
Free features and Dayvelo Plus
To-dos, medication reminders, the calendar, notes, focus mode, daily challenges, debt tracking and backups are free. Dayvelo Plus adds extras such as unlimited habits, all widgets, longer statistics history, more accent colors and app icons, budget export and focus statistics. When you reach a limit, your existing data is never deleted or locked; Plus is only needed to add more.
Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app and in the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the yearly plan comes with a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged; otherwise the yearly price is charged when the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's store settings (App Store: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime Plus is a one-time payment and never renews. You keep the Plus features with the same store account for as long as Dayvelo is offered.
Refunds
Payments are taken by Apple or Google. Refunds are requested through the store, under its rules.
Price changes
We may change prices. If a subscription price goes up, the store will tell you in advance and ask for your consent where the law or store rules require it.
Your data
What you enter is stored only on your phone and is not sent to us; see the Privacy Policy for details. Backing up your data is your responsibility; deleting the app or losing your phone means losing data that wasn't backed up.
Health and medication notice
Medication and other reminders are only a helper; they are not medical advice or treatment. Notifications can be delayed or missed depending on your phone's settings. Always follow your doctor's advice about your health.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, copy it, reverse engineer it or abuse the store systems. The Dayvelo name, logo and design belong to us.
Limitation of liability
Dayvelo is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, missed reminders or data loss arising from using the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. For important changes we'll also tell you in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
